- What is HafizeBot?HafizeBot is an AI signal service for Binance USDT-M futures: it posts rated signals with an entry and a target to Telegram, and VIP members can let it trade those signals on their own Binance account.
- What is the difference between the free channel and VIP?The free channel gets the stronger signals (strength 3 and up), 20 minutes later; VIP adds every signal, instant delivery, auto-trading on your own Binance account and the hourly VIP reports.
- Is there a free trial of VIP?Yes: enter your email at hafizebot.com/trial, then send the one-time code with /coupon in @hafizebot, and you get three days of VIP, auto-trading included at 10 USDT of margin per trade and 3 open positions.
- How do I become a VIP member?Send /join to @hafizebot, transfer the plan price in USDT on the network you pick, send /pay with the transaction ID, then /buy the plan — the VIP invite link arrives straight away.
- How do I read a signal?Each signal gives the pair, the direction, an entry price, a target with its unleveraged percentage, and a strength from 0 to 5; the name at the top is only a label for the signal type.
- How do I log in to the website?Go to hafizebot.com/app/login and tap "Log in with Telegram"; there is no password, and your first login creates your account.
- Can I sign in to the website with email?Yes, once you have added an email to your account: hafizebot.com then signs you in with a 6-digit code sent to that address, so you can reach your account where Telegram is not available.
Connect Binance
- How do I connect my Binance API key?Send /autotrade in @hafizebot, then log in at hafizebot.com with Telegram and paste a new Binance key — futures enabled, withdrawals disabled, restricted to IP 91.99.78.29 — at hafizebot.com/app/keys.
- Can HafizeBot withdraw my funds?No: HafizeBot never withdraws or transfers money out of your Binance account and never needs withdrawal permission, so create the key with withdrawals disabled.
- Why does auto-trading need one-way mode?The auto-trader works only in Binance's one-way position mode; if your futures account is in hedge mode, switch it on Binance before auto-trading, with no open orders or positions.
Settings
- What settings does auto-trading start with?A new account starts at 5 USDT per position, 2x leverage on isolated margin, up to 3 open positions, both directions, signals of strength 5 only, and a 10% stop-loss on each entry.
- How does the stop-loss work, and why didn't mine trigger?Your own stop is placed only when the stop-loss is above 0% and the stop type is SINGLE or COMBINED; the percentage is a price move from your entry, not a share of your margin (50% at 3x is 150% of it), and it must be closer than your liquidation price.
- What does signal strength mean, and what should my minimum be?Strength is the model's 0–5 rating of a signal; a higher /setMinStrength means fewer, pickier entries, and 0 takes every signal.
- What does the same-coin gap do?The gap skips a new signal on a coin you hold unless its entry is more than your gap (3% by default) from your last entry; the coin pause keeps the bot off a coin for a set time after a position on it closes.
- What does "allow repeating signals" change?It decides whether a new signal on a coin you already hold may add another entry; when repeating is blocked, the bot opens at most one position per coin.
- Limit or trailing take-profit — which should I use?LIMIT closes the position at the signal's target; TRAILING only starts once price moves beyond the target and then follows it, so if price reaches the target but goes no further, a trailing position stays open.
- How do I stop the bot trading certain coins?Send /banCoin followed by the symbol (for example /banCoin SHOPUSDT), or /banGroup for a whole Binance group such as TradFi or Meme; /banlist shows what is blocked.
Results
- How are the results on /performance counted?Every broadcast signal since June 2026 is scored as a win (target hit) or Missed (no target within the maximum hold); the rate is wins ÷ (wins + missed).
- What does "missed" (expired) mean?A missed (expired) signal had no target within the maximum hold; it counts against the hit rate, and expiry never closes a position on your account; only /setMaxHold or /setDelistingClose, if you set them, close one at market.
- How much does the free channel's 20-minute delay cost?A lot, for the signals it carries: the free channel posts the stronger signals (strength 3 and up), and in the archive nearly half of those reached target within 20 minutes.
Billing
- What do the VIP tiers cost and include?Tier 1 is 50 USDT a month, Tier 2 is 100 and Tier 3 is 200; every tier gets the same signals at once. Higher tiers raise the auto-trading limits, Tier 2 adds Smart sizing and trade rules, and Tier 3 adds loss limits, a drawdown brake and wallet sizing.
- My USDT deposit was not credited. What do I do?Check that you sent USDT on the network you picked in /join to the address it gave you, then send /pay with the exact transaction ID; deposits can be verified for 3 days after the transfer.
- I sent the wrong amount. Is it lost?No: the exact amount that arrives is added to your balance, so if it is short of the plan price you top up the difference and then /buy.
- What happens when my VIP expires?Nothing is charged: VIP simply ends on its date and you are removed from the VIP channel within the hour, unless you renew or have switched on /subscribe.
- How do coupons and referrals work?Send /coupon followed by the code to redeem a coupon; send /invite followed by the username (or chat ID) of the VIP member who invited you, before you buy, and you both get an extra week.

- What commands does the HafizeBot bot have?Send /help in @hafizebot for the commands your account can use; the pages in this section explain every one, grouped from getting started to reading what the bot did on your account.
- Getting started commands: /start, /setup, /status and /help/start opens the menu, /setup shows your checklist and the next step, /status your VIP, auto-trading and balance, /signals the free channel, and /help every command your account can use.
- VIP, trial and payment commands/trial gets the free 3-day VIP trial, /coupon redeems a code, /join and /plans show how to join and what each tier includes, and /pay, /buy and /subscribe credit a transfer, buy a plan and renew it from your balance.
- Commands to switch auto-trading on and off/autotrade switches auto-trading on for a VIP account and shows how to add your Binance key, /on and /off start and stop new trades, and /settings, /summary and /explain show and explain every setting.
- Commands for position size, leverage, margin and stop-loss/setPositionSize, /setLeverage, /setPositionLimit, /setMarginType, /setStopLoss and /setStopType decide how much each trade puts at risk; each has a matching show command, such as /myLeverage.
- Commands that choose which signals the bot trades/setPositionSide picks longs, shorts or both, /setMinStrength the lowest strength traded, /setDifference and /setCoinPause space out entries on one coin, and /banCoin, /banGroup and /banSignal skip what you never want traded.
- Take-profit commands: type, merging and distance/setTakeProfitType picks a limit order at the target or a trailing exit, /combineTakeProfits merges repeat entries into one take-profit, and on Tier 2 and 3 /setTakeProfitDistance moves your take-profit nearer or further than the target.
- Smart sizing and trade rules commands (Tier 2 and 3)On Tier 2 and 3, /smartSizing and /setSize trade some kinds of signals with a share of your position size, and /tradeRules and /setRule give one kind of trade its own stop, same-coin gap, cap or leverage, or switch it off.
- Commands that show what the bot did on your account/today sums up the last 24 hours, /lastsignals lists your last 10 signals with what the bot did and why, /myresults totals the bot's own closed trades over 30 days, and /setTradeNotices picks which trade messages you get.

Something's wrong
- Why is the bot not opening any trades?Almost always one of these: auto-trading is off (/on), the API key is missing or wrong, your filters or Tier 3 limits exclude the signals, your position limit is full, or Binance refused the order.
- Why did Binance refuse my order?The message Binance returns says why; the three we see most are an unsigned TradFi-Perps agreement, insufficient margin, and an invalid API key or IP.
- Why did Binance refuse my key, and how do I fix it?Binance rejected the key itself, so auto-trading is switched off: create a new key with Enable Futures ticked, restricted to IP 91.99.78.29, save it at hafizebot.com/app/keys, then send /on.
- Why does the bot say Enable Futures is off on my key?Binance accepts the key but reports that Enable Futures is not ticked, so every futures order would be refused; tick it on the key in Binance API Management, or create a new key with it, then send /on.
- Why was auto-trading switched off for insufficient margin?Binance refused an order because your USDⓈ-M futures wallet did not have enough free margin (-2019), so the bot switched auto-trading off; lower your position size or limit, or add USDT, then send /on.
- What is the TradFi-Perps agreement, and why are those coins skipped?Binance refuses orders on its stock-style TradFi perpetuals until you accept its TradFi-Perps agreement in the app; accept it, or keep the bot off those coins with /banGroup TradFi or /banCoin.
- Why was my order refused for Multi-Assets mode?In Binance's Multi-Assets mode only cross margin is allowed, so an isolated-margin entry is refused (-4168); the bot then trades your account on cross margin, or you switch Binance back to Single-Asset mode.
- Why does the bot say my position size is below the coin's minimum order?Binance sets a smallest order value and quantity step for each coin, and your position size times your leverage was below it for that coin, so the entry was skipped or refused; a larger position size fixes it.
- Why was my order refused for leverage, or traded at a lower leverage?Binance caps leverage per coin, per position size and on sub-accounts; above a cap it refuses the order, so lower /setLeverage, or the position size, to fit.
- My stop-loss could not be placed. What do I do?The entry filled but Binance refused its stop order, or did not confirm it in time, so the position may be open without a stop; check it in the Binance app and set a stop or close it yourself.
- Why was my stop-loss placed closer than I set it?On isolated margin, Binance would have closed that position by liquidation before your stop could fire, so the bot placed the stop where it can still act; lower leverage or a tighter stop keeps your own level.
- Why won't the bot accept my stop-loss or leverage?On isolated margin, Binance would liquidate the position before a stop that wide is reached, so the bot refuses the stop, leverage or margin change that would leave it unreachable and names the widest stop that works.
- Why was I liquidated when the signal later reached its target?Because a signal can move against the position before it reaches its target, and with leverage and no stop, Binance closes the position once the move exceeds your liquidation distance.
- How do I contact support?Send /support in @hafizebot and write your message, or email [email protected]; a person reads every message and answers within a day.
