Getting started

• What is HafizeBot?HafizeBot is an AI signal service for Binance USDT-M futures: it posts rated signals with an entry and a target to Telegram, and VIP members can let it trade those signals on their own Binance account.
• What is the difference between the free channel and VIP?The free channel gets the same signals as VIP, 20 minutes later; VIP adds instant delivery, auto-trading on your own Binance account and the hourly VIP reports.
• How do I become a VIP member?Send /join to @hafizebot, transfer the plan price in USDT on the BEP20 network, send /pay with the transaction ID, then /buy the plan — the VIP invite link arrives straight away.
• What do the VIP tiers cost and include?Tier 1 is 50 USDT a month, Tier 2 is 100 and Tier 3 is 200; every tier gets the same signals at the same time, and the tiers differ only in auto-trading limits and support.
• How do coupons and referrals work?Send /coupon followed by the code to redeem a coupon; send /invite followed by the username of the VIP member who invited you, before you buy, and you both get an extra week.
• What happens when my VIP expires?Nothing is charged: VIP simply ends on its date and you are removed from the VIP channel within the hour, unless you renew or have switched on /subscribe.

Payments

• My USDT deposit was not credited. What do I do?Check that you sent USDT on the BEP20 (BSC) network to the address /join gave you, then send /pay with the exact transaction ID; deposits can be verified for 3 days after the transfer.
• I sent the wrong amount. Is it lost?No: the exact amount that arrives is added to your balance, so if it is short of the plan price you top up the difference and then /buy.

Auto-trading

• How do I connect my Binance API key?Send /autotrade in @hafizebot, then log in at hafizebot.com with Telegram and paste a new Binance key — futures enabled, withdrawals off, restricted to IP 91.99.78.29 — at hafizebot.com/app/keys.
• Can HafizeBot withdraw my funds?No: the API key you create has withdrawals switched off, so the bot can place and close futures orders but cannot move money out of your Binance account.
• What settings does auto-trading start with?A new account starts at 25 USDT per position, 5x leverage, up to 5 open positions, both directions, cross margin, every signal strength — and no stop-loss until you set one.
• Why is the bot not opening any trades?Almost always one of five things: auto-trading is off (/on), the API key is missing or wrong, your filters exclude the signals, your position limit is full, or Binance refused the order.
• Why does the bot switch my Binance account to one-way mode?The auto-trader works only in Binance's one-way position mode, so switching auto-trading on sets your futures account to one-way; hedge mode is not supported.

Orders and risk

• How does the stop-loss work, and why didn't mine trigger?A stop is placed only when the stop-loss is above 0% and the stop type is SINGLE or COMBINED; the percentage is a price move from your entry, and it has to be closer than your liquidation price to protect you.
• Why was I liquidated when the signal later reached its target?Because a signal can move against the position before it reaches its target, and with leverage and no stop, Binance closes the position once the move exceeds your liquidation distance.
• What does the same-coin gap do?It filters new signals on a coin you already hold: the bot takes another entry only if the new signal's entry is more than your gap (3% by default) away from your last entry; it never adds to a position on its own.
• What does "allow repeating signals" change?It decides whether a new signal on a coin you already hold may add another entry; when repeating is blocked, the bot opens at most one position per coin.
• Limit or trailing take-profit — which should I use?LIMIT closes the position at the signal's target; TRAILING only starts once price moves beyond the target and then follows it, so if price reaches the target but goes no further, a trailing position stays open.
• Why did Binance refuse my order?The message Binance returns says why; the three we see most are an unsigned TradFi-Perps agreement, insufficient margin, and an invalid API key or IP.
• How do I stop the bot trading certain coins?Send /banCoin followed by the symbol (for example /banCoin SHOPUSDT); /banlist shows what is blocked and /unbanCoin removes a coin.

Signals and results

• How do I read a signal?Each signal gives the pair, the direction, an entry price, a target with its unleveraged percentage, and a strength from 0 to 5; the name at the top is only a label for the signal type.
• What does signal strength mean, and what should my minimum be?Strength is the model's 0–5 rating of a signal; a higher /setMinStrength means fewer, pickier entries, and 0 takes every signal.
• What does "expired" mean?An expired signal reached its maximum hold time without touching either its target or its stop; it is counted against the hit rate, and it never closes a position on your account.
• How are the results on /performance counted?Every broadcast signal since June 2026 is scored as a win (target hit), a loss (stop hit) or expired (neither within the hold time); the rate is wins ÷ (wins + losses + expired).
• How much does the free channel's 20-minute delay cost?It depends on the signal: in the archive a quarter of signals reached target within twelve minutes, so they are over before the free channel sees them, while about half are still close to their entry.

• How do I log in to the website?Go to hafizebot.com/app/login and tap "Log in with Telegram"; there is no password, and your first login creates your account.
