Help center · Bot commands

Every HafizeBot command, explained.

Each command of the @hafizebot Telegram bot has its own page: what it does, who can use it, what to send and what the bot replies. Upper or lower case makes no difference when you type them.

Send /help in the bot for the commands your account can use right now. Starting out? Read /setup first: it shows the one step to take next.

Getting started

  • /start/start shows HafizeBot's welcome message and main menu, with buttons for the free 3-day trial, VIP, the free signal channel, auto-trading settings, your setup checklist, the FAQ and the guides.
  • /setup/setup shows a checklist of your account (VIP, Binance key, auto-trading, stop-loss and limits) and ends with the one step to take next, so you always know what is missing before the bot can trade for you.
  • /status/status shows your Telegram username and chat ID, whether VIP is active with its tier and end date, whether auto-trading is enabled, your USDT balance and your referral code, followed by your next step.
  • /signals/signals sends the link to HafizeBot's free Telegram channel, which posts the same trade signals as VIP 20 minutes later, so you can follow them before paying anything.
  • /help/help lists every command your account can use right now, one line each, so a visitor sees the public commands and a VIP member with auto-trading also sees every setting.
  • /faq/faq opens the help centre's questions inside the bot, by topic; tap a question to get its one-sentence answer and the link to the full page on hafizebot.com.
  • /guides/guides lists HafizeBot's PDF guides in English and Turkish, such as the bot commands guide and how the autotrader works; tap one and the bot sends the file.
  • /language/language lists the languages the bot can reply in and switches to one with /language followed by its code; today the bot's messages are in English.
  • /support/support sends your next message, or the text after the command, to the HafizeBot team as feedback; for a question that needs an answer, write to @Hafizebotadmin, where a person replies, usually within a day.
  • /cancel/cancel stops whatever the bot is waiting for, such as a setting's new value, a coupon code or a transaction ID, so your next message is read as a new command.

VIP and payments

  • /trial/trial explains how to get the free 3-day VIP trial: enter your email at hafizebot.com/trial, then send the code you receive with /coupon; during the trial auto-trading is capped at 10 USDT of margin per trade and 3 open positions.
  • /coupon/coupon followed by a code redeems a coupon or a free-trial code: it activates the VIP tier and days the code grants and sends your single-use invite link to the VIP channel.
  • /vip/vip opens the VIP menu: without VIP it offers the free trial, joining, what VIP includes, the plans and invites; with VIP it offers your status, the plans and renewing.
  • /vipinfo/vipinfo explains what VIP adds to the free channel: every signal the moment it fires, and auto-trading on your own Binance futures account through a key that never needs withdrawal permission, with the limits of each tier.
  • /plans/plans lists the three VIP tiers: Tier 1 at 50 USDT a month, Tier 2 at 100 and Tier 3 at 200, or 12 months for the price of 10, and what each tier lets auto-trading use.
  • /join/join gives the three steps to become a VIP member: send USDT on the network you pick, credit the transfer with /pay and its transaction ID, then tap the plan your balance covers; the VIP channel invite follows.
  • /howtowithdraw/howtowithdraw walks you through sending USDT from Binance for a VIP payment: withdraw on the network you picked in /join, copy the transfer's TxID (or Binance's internal transfer number), and send it with /pay.
  • /pay/pay followed by a transaction ID credits your USDT transfer to your HafizeBot balance once Binance confirms it; then tap a plan or use /buy to turn the balance into VIP time.
  • /balance/balance shows the USDT on your HafizeBot balance, credited from your transfers with /pay, and the VIP plans it can buy.
  • /buy/buy spends your USDT balance on a VIP plan: /buy tier1 adds a month of Tier 1, /buy tier2 annual adds 12 months of Tier 2 for the price of 10; /buy alone shows the plans your balance covers.
  • /renew/renew explains how to extend VIP: credit a USDT transfer with /pay, then /buy the plan (/buy tier1 adds a month, /buy tier1 annual adds 12), or switch on auto-renew from your balance with /subscribe.
  • /subscribe/subscribe turns on auto-renew: when your VIP ends within 3 days and your balance covers a month of the same tier, the bot renews it by itself; nothing is charged beyond your balance, and /subscribe off stops it.
  • /invite/invite followed by the Telegram username (or chat ID) of the VIP member who invited you, sent before your first purchase, gives you both 7 extra days of VIP when you buy.

Auto-trading on and off

  • /autotrade/autotrade switches auto-trading on for a VIP account, the free trial included, and gives the steps to add a Binance futures API key on the website, never in the chat; then /on starts trading.
  • /on/on starts auto-trading: the bot checks your Binance key and then trades the next signal that passes your settings; it stays off and says why if Binance refuses the key or Enable Futures is off.
  • /off/off stops auto-trading from opening new trades; positions already open on your Binance account are not touched, so close them on Binance yourself if you want out.
  • /settings/settings opens the auto-trading menu: a button to switch trading on or off, your summary, the settings explained, and a button for every setting, each next to the command that shows your current value.
  • /summary/summary shows every auto-trading setting with the command that changes it, and what your settings put at risk in USDT: margin per trade, position size at your leverage, margin in use and the loss at your stop.
  • /explain/explain lets you pick any auto-trading setting and shows what it does, your value, the default, the command that changes it and a help page with more.
  • /setDelistingClose/setDelistingClose on makes HafizeBot close your position on a coin Binance is delisting about an hour before Binance's settlement; off (the default) leaves it open.

Size, leverage and stop-loss

  • /setPositionSize/setPositionSize sets the USDT margin each auto-trade uses, 25 by default; the position on Binance is that margin times your leverage, so 25 USDT at 2x opens a 50 USDT position.
  • /setLeverage/setLeverage sets how many times your margin goes into each position, from 1x to 20x, 2x by default; higher leverage leaves a smaller move before Binance liquidates, roughly 100% divided by the leverage.
  • /setPositionLimit/setPositionLimit sets the most coins auto-trading holds at once, 10 by default; it counts every open position on your futures account, your own included, so a full limit means new signals are skipped.
  • /setMarginType/setMarginType chooses ISOLATED (default), where each position has its own margin and cannot lose more than it, or CROSSED, where your whole futures balance backs every position.
  • /setStopLoss/setStopLoss sets how far the price may move against an entry before the bot closes it, as a percent of price from 0 to 90, 35 by default; 0 means no stop, and the stop must be closer than your liquidation price.
  • /setStopType/setStopType chooses how HafizeBot places stop-losses: SINGLE (default) puts one stop per entry, COMBINED one stop for the whole position from its average entry, and OFF places no stop at all.

Which signals are traded

  • /setPositionSide/setPositionSide chooses which signals HafizeBot trades for you: LONGONLY, SHORTONLY or BOTH, which is the default.
  • /setMinStrength/setMinStrength sets the lowest strength, on HafizeBot's 0 to 5 rating, that the bot trades for you, 2 by default; a higher minimum means fewer, pickier entries, and 0 takes every signal.
  • /setDifference/setDifference sets the same-coin gap: how far the price must move past your last entry on a coin before the bot adds another entry there, 3% by default; 0 takes every repeat signal.
  • /setCoinPause/setCoinPause sets how many minutes the bot stays off a coin after a position on it closes, at the target, the stop or by you, from 0 (off, the default) to 1440, a full day.
  • /allowRepeatingSignals/allowRepeatingSignals yes lets a new signal on a coin you already hold add another entry once the price has moved past your same-coin gap; no keeps at most one entry per coin until that position closes.
  • /banCoin/banCoin followed by coin symbols, such as /banCoin BTC ETH, stops the bot ever trading those coins for you; /unbanCoin allows one again and /banlist shows what is banned.
  • /banGroup/banGroup followed by a Binance group, such as /banGroup Meme, stops the bot trading every coin in that group; new accounts start with TradFi banned, /unbanGroup allows a group again, Tier 2 and 3.
  • /banSignal/banSignal followed by a signal name, such as /banSignal Neon, stops the bot trading every signal with that name; every HafizeBot signal carries a name like Neon or Oxygen, and /unbanSignal allows it again, Tier 2 and 3.
  • /banlist/banlist shows your banned coins, signal names and Binance groups together, so you can check in one message what the bot will never trade for you.

Take-profit

  • /setTakeProfitType/setTakeProfitType chooses how HafizeBot takes profit: LIMIT (default) closes the position with a fixed order at the signal's target; TRAILING starts once the target is passed, follows the price and closes on a pullback.
  • /combineTakeProfits/combineTakeProfits yes (the default) makes HafizeBot close a coin you added to with one take-profit at the size-weighted target; no keeps a separate take-profit order for each entry.
  • /setTakeProfitDistance/setTakeProfitDistance places your take-profit at a percent of the way to the signal's target, from 50% to 300% in steps of 10, for one kind of trade, such as /setTakeProfitDistance shorts 120; Tier 2 and 3.

Smart sizing and trade rules

  • /smartSizing/smartSizing shows, and /setSize changes, how much of your position size each kind of trade uses, such as /setSize longs 50 for half-size longs; 0% skips that kind of trade, and Tier 2 and 3 can use it.
  • /tradeRules/tradeRules shows, and /setRule sets, your own stop-loss, same-coin gap or on/off for one kind of trade, such as /setRule shorts stop 30; anything a rule does not set uses your normal settings, on Tier 2 and 3.

What the bot did

  • /today/today sums up the last 24 hours on your account: signals entered, signals skipped with the most common reason, orders not placed, and take-profits filled with their realized result and fees.
  • /lastsignals/lastsignals lists your last 10 signals and what the bot did with each, entered or skipped and why, such as your minimum strength, position limit or a refused key; /lastsignals entered lists only the trades it opened.
  • /myresults/myresults totals the last 30 days of the bot's own orders on your Binance account: closed trades, their result, fees, liquidations, and the net with liquidations counted against the bot; trades you place yourself are not counted.
  • /setTradeNotices/setTradeNotices picks which trade messages you get: ALL (every fill, the default), CLOSES (only fills that close or cut a position, with their result) or OFF; trading is the same either way.
  • /results/results lists the monthly order report spreadsheets from HafizeBot's earlier archive, 2021 to early 2024, and sends the one you tap; every signal since the relaunch is on the performance page.
