Getting started commands: /start, /setup, /status and /help
/start opens the menu, /setup shows your checklist and the next step, /status your VIP, auto-trading and balance, /signals the free channel, and /help every command your account can use.
These work for everyone, before and after joining VIP.

The welcome message and the main menu. Typing menu or home does the same. |
/setup |
Your checklist: VIP active, Binance key connected, auto-trading on, stop-loss set, and your limits (margin per trade, leverage, open positions). It ends with the one step to take next. |
/status |
Your username and chat ID, VIP tier and end date, whether auto-trading is enabled, your USDT balance and your referral code. A friend can name you in /invite with the chat ID shown here if you have no username. |
/signals |
The link to the free channel, which posts the same signals 20 minutes after VIP. Why the free channel is delayed. |
/faq |
The questions from this help centre, by topic, inside the bot. |
/help |
Every command your account can use right now, with one line on each. /commands does the same. |
/guides |
PDF guides to download, in English and Turkish. |
/language |
The languages the bot can reply in, and a way to switch. |
/support |
Sends your next message to the team as feedback. For a question that needs an answer, write to @Hafizebotadmin instead: that is where a person replies, usually within a day. |
/cancel |
Stops whatever the bot is waiting for, such as a value it asked you for. |
A safe habit. We never message you first and never ask for money, API keys or codes in a private chat. Only @Hafizebotadmin, spelled exactly like that, answers for us. Never paste an API key into any chat: keys go on the website, at /app/keys.
