/support: send feedback to the HafizeBot team

/support sends your next message, or the text after the command, to the HafizeBot team as feedback; for a question that needs an answer, write to @Hafizebotadmin, where a person replies, usually within a day.

Who can use it: Everyone
Where: In your chat with @hafizebot on Telegram

/support is the bot's feedback box. The Feedback🥰 button sends it, and typing feedback or contact does the same.

Send it on its own and the bot waits for your message:

Questions

Will someone answer my /support message?

The team reads every message. For anything that needs an answer, such as a payment or a trade, write to @Hafizebotadmin directly: that is where questions are answered, usually within a day.

What should I never send in /support?

API keys, secrets, passwords or seed phrases. Nobody at HafizeBot will ever ask for them. If you pasted a key into any chat, delete it on Binance and create a new one.

/cancel/cancel stops whatever the bot is waiting for, such as a setting's new value, a coupon code or a transaction ID, so your next message is read as a new command.
