Terms of service

The short version: you pay in advance in USDT, nothing renews unless you turn it on, there are no refunds, and every trade on your account is your decision and your risk.

The service

HafizeBot sends AI-generated trading signals for Binance USDT-M futures through the Telegram bot @hafizebot, its VIP channel and its free channel. VIP members can also let the bot place those signals as orders on their own Binance account, through an API key they create with futures permission and withdrawals disabled. Funds always stay in the member's own Binance account.

Plans and payment

• Plans are paid in advance, in USDT, from the balance you top up in the bot (/join shows the steps). Prices are on the pricing section and in the bot.
• Nothing renews automatically unless you switch on /subscribe, which renews from your balance a few days before your plan ends. /subscribe off stops it at any time.
• Upgrading to a higher tier during a plan counts the remaining time at half, then adds the new plan.
• The free 3-day trial costs nothing, ends by itself and is limited to one per person.

No refunds

No refunds. Plans, renewals and balance top-ups are not refundable, in whole or in part, including for unused time. Your balance is used to buy plans and is not paid out. If a payment did not reach your balance, send the transaction ID to @Hafizebotadmin and we will check it.

When a plan ends

VIP ends on its date: you leave the VIP channel, and auto-trading stops opening new positions. Positions already open on your Binance account are not touched; their take-profit and any stop stay in place until they fill or you close them.

Risk and responsibility

• Signals are information, not investment advice. Futures trading carries a high risk of loss, and leverage can lose a whole position's margin quickly. Trade only with money you can afford to lose.
• Past results, including everything on /performance and in the reports, do not guarantee future results.
• You choose your own settings (position size, leverage, stop-loss, limits) and you are responsible for the trades placed under them and for your Binance account and API key. HafizeBot is not liable for trading losses.
• Signals and orders can be delayed or missed: exchanges, networks and Telegram have outages. We publish every signal's result so you can judge the record for yourself.

Fair use

A Telegram username is required. Accounts that abuse the trial, payments or the service may lose access. The signal model is proprietary; its workings are not disclosed.
