How do I contact support?
Send /support in @hafizebot and write your message, or email [email protected]; a person reads every message and answers within a day.
Include your Telegram username and, for payment questions, the transaction ID. Tier 3 members get priority answers. We never ask for your API secret, your password or a payment in a private message — if someone does, it is not us.
