/setMaxEntries: cap the entries on one coin
/setMaxEntries sets the most entries the bot makes on one coin while its position is open, the first entry included, from 0 (off, the default) to 50; 1 means no adds, Tier 3.

When a new signal arrives on a coin you already hold, the bot may add another entry. With a cap set, it stops adding once the position has that many entries, the first one included. A cap of 1 means the bot never adds; a cap of 3 allows the first entry and two adds. The count starts again when the position closes.
Examples
/setMaxEntries 3
Maximum entries updated to 3 per coin.
/myMaxEntries

Questions
How is this different from /allowRepeatingSignals?
/allowRepeatingSignals switches adds off completely. /setMaxEntries lets them happen up to a number you choose. /setDifference sets how far the price must move before an add.
Does it limit how many coins I hold?
No. That is /setPositionLimit. This limits the entries on each single coin.
Is it a good idea?
It is a tool with a trade-off. In our tests on past signals, adds carried a good part of the profit, so a cap often cost more than it saved; the cost was largest at 1 or 2. It does limit how much one coin can grow in your account.
Does it work right away?
Your value is saved at once and /myMaxEntries shows it. The bot applies it once the Tier 3 limits are are switched on; until then both commands add a line saying it is not in force yet.
Why is this a Tier 3 setting?
It is one of the limits that come with the Tier 3 plan. Your plans and what they include: /plans.

Related commands
- /allowRepeatingSignals/allowRepeatingSignals yes lets a new signal on a coin you already hold add another entry once the price has moved past your same-coin gap; no keeps at most one entry per coin until that position closes.
- /setDifference/setDifference sets the same-coin gap: how far the price must move past your last entry on a coin before the bot adds another entry there, 3% by default; 0 takes every repeat signal.
- /setPositionLimit/setPositionLimit sets the most coins auto-trading holds at once, 3 by default; it counts every open position on your futures account, your own included, so a full limit means new signals are skipped.
- /setMaxHold/setMaxHold sets the hours after which the bot closes a position it opened that has not reached its target, from 0 (off, the default) to 720; positions you opened yourself are never touched, Tier 3.
