What happens when my VIP expires?
Nothing is charged: VIP simply ends on its date and you are removed from the VIP channel within the hour, unless you renew or have switched on /subscribe.
- Renewing early costs nothing: buying again adds the new months on top of your current expiry date.
- Automatic renewal is off by default.
/subscribeturns it on: when your membership is within 3 days of expiring and your balance covers the price, it renews from your balance. - A lower tier cannot be bought while a higher plan runs. It can be bought once that plan ends; to extend now, renew your current tier.
- Upgrading mid-term converts the remaining time: it is halved once for each tier you step up (Tier 1 to Tier 2 keeps half, Tier 1 to Tier 3 keeps a quarter), then the new months are added.
- Auto-trading stops opening new positions when VIP ends; positions already open are not touched.
