My USDT deposit was not credited. What do I do?
Check that you sent USDT on the BEP20 (BSC) network to the address /join gave you, then send /pay with the exact transaction ID; deposits can be verified for 3 days after the transfer.
The most common reasons:
- Wrong network. Only USDT on BEP20 (BSC) can be verified. A transfer on another network or in another coin cannot be credited.
- Wrong ID. Send the full transaction hash (starting with
0x). For a Binance internal transfer, send the transfer number Binance shows ("Internal transfer 123456789" →/pay 123456789). - Too old. Deposits are verified for 3 days. After that, write to support.
- Several failed attempts. Repeated wrong IDs can lock the command; write to support rather than guessing.
If it still fails, send /support in the bot with your Telegram username and the transaction ID, or write to [email protected]. A genuine transfer is credited by hand.
