I sent the wrong amount. Is it lost?

No: the exact amount that arrives is added to your balance, so if it is short of the plan price you top up the difference and then /buy.

Your deposits go into a USDT balance inside HafizeBot, and plans are bought from that balance. Nothing is rounded away.

• Sent too little? /balance shows how much more each plan needs. Send the difference, /pay it, then /buy.
• Sent too much? The rest stays in your balance for the next month or for /subscribe.
• Forgot the network fee? That is the usual reason 49.2 arrives instead of 50: top up the rest.
