Why was my order refused for leverage, or traded at a lower leverage?

Binance caps leverage per coin, per position size and on sub-accounts; above a cap it refuses the order, so lower /setLeverage, or the position size, to fit.

The messages you can see, in /lastsignals:

What it means. Binance sets a maximum leverage for each coin, and a lower one for larger positions on that coin. Sub-accounts have a lower cap of their own. When the bot knows a coin's maximum, it enters at the lower of that and your setting and says so in /lastsignals. When Binance refuses a sub-account's leverage, the bot remembers the cap it names until the bot restarts and uses it for your next entries. The entry that was refused is not placed again.

What to do:

/summary shows your settings. More on these limits: Binance Futures leverage limits.
