Why won't the bot accept my stop-loss or leverage?

On isolated margin, Binance would liquidate the position before a stop that wide is reached, so the bot refuses the stop, leverage or margin change that would leave it unreachable and names the widest stop that works.

The messages you can get:

What it means. With isolated margin a position is liquidated after a move of roughly 100 ÷ leverage percent against it, and in practice a little sooner. A stop further away than that is never reached, so every losing trade would end in liquidation instead. The bot refuses any change that would put such a stop in force, and its reply names the widest stop that still works at your leverage: 35% at 2x, 14% at 5x, 7% at 10x, 3.5% at 20x. On cross margin a wider stop is saved with a warning instead, because it can cost more than the position's margin.

What to do, either:

/summary shows your current stop, leverage and margin type. The liquidation price calculator shows the distances for any coin, and How does the stop-loss work? explains the settings.
